To streamline our pre-season training sessions, we had approached Mr. Salim Khwaja, to guide us. He has obliged to our request for coaching our teams during the pre-season of 10/11.
Mr. Salim Khwaja, a renowned figure in footballing circles across the country. Salim Sir was a national-level player and has also represented major clubs across the country. He started off at a very young age and played at the state and national juniors. There is a lot to write about his playing days and current coaching activities.
This love for football has still kept Sir glued to the game. He has been actively involved in developing football at the grassroot levels and is the driving force behind the Thane district football association. Sir is actively involved in coaching at school-level across mumbai and thane.
Its his constant urge and dedication towards football, that keeps us motivated and provides us encouragement to contribute towards our club and players.
Our sincere request to all our players, be present during the training sessions and make the most of it. There is lot to learn from Sir's vast knowledge about the game. Make this pre-season training a success, which would help us win both the divisions of this year's TDFA league.
